These trials ultimately provided me with invaluable hands-on experience and inspired me to develop my own systems and methods for conducting business more effectively.

A big thank you to the BP team and everyone who contributes - in particular @JD Martin, @Jay Hinrichs, @Jeff Wallenius have been particularly inspirational as of late.My wife and I had our first exciting experience last night trolling through Craig's List for deals and finding a couple that looked like leads.  

The city has some inspired leadership, finally elected a strong mayor with a clear mission, is notably reducing crime, and has proven much more resilient than many of its industrial peer cities where unemployment, generational welfare dependence, opioid abuse, etc. have been worse.
