These items seem like they could take weeks and possibly months.I know I can elect to have my EM refunded but I found it strange that the LA did not feel it was his responsibility to provide an extension request to me.

Ok, so I have read the books and the web success stories.

Ft. of Commercial/ Industrial class A & B properties, encompassing but not limited to HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Pneumatic, Roofing, Fire Alarm & Protection, EM power, Data Centers, and Building Automation systems on a day to day basis.

Whether it is direct mail, email marketing, web marketing, paid ads, or something else what have you seen success with? 

But, when I'm not learning about real-estate I do web design, app design (UX/UI) and photography.

Just my two cents, since I have seen many people try to launch online material and establish web presence without considering how they are going to even draw people in.  

I've read many web pages on both, but most of the services seem be for huge property managers.
