@Natasha Wade Ok I did not comprehend the OP was talking about just being able to Look at the home.That falls on the RE broker to Vette his client... and newbie agents can really waste time with tire kickers and those that talk a great game but have no funds to back them up.its part of the maturation process of an agent.

There are a lot of "broker wannabe's" on the internet and you can waste a lot of time since they don't own the note and may not even have the owners permission to sell it.

If they havent called by then they either arent motivated or you havent quite convinced them yet.I got a list of 160 names (absentee owners/vacant properties over 20yrs old) sent them got 4 call backs (no motivated seller=no sale) and they go to my google voice with a friendly message asking them to leave a name and num so if i cannot help them i dont waste time sending to them again and i can take them off my list.

In MA they are not published but if I go to housing court all the cases are posted on the wall in the lobby showing the landlord and the tenants names.

You may fall flat on your face or the coach may inexplicably call for a pass on 2nd and goal, when the entire defense is bunched up into a solid wall on the goal line and the championship is on the line, but you're at least guaranteed to learn a lot in the process.
