Looking for a creative architecture to design an addition on my home. Been asking around for recommendation for a trusted achitect in the San Jose, CA. If anyone knows of someone please refer. Thank 

I have capital to purchase properties, pay closing costs, and even hire an architect to create detailed plans to ensure there's no ambiguity when it comes to the renovation details (this takes more load off the GC).  

Shady wholesalers seem to be more prominent than others because of their lack of knowledge, barriers to entry, money or regulation, but we all need to have our guard up a little bit.  

If you're approaching prominent people who may be asked often then be prepared to do some homework upfront on how you can relate and maybe they will help get you a meeting.

I will need to hire an architect and a GC to convert to three middle to high end condos. 

My dad came to me last week and said he knew a local investor, who's wife is a very prominent real estate agent in the area.

Most of them are out in the boonies, or in an area that was prominent, but not any more.

Anyone knows of a good architect / Structural Engineer familiar with Reno work ?

So I ask the contractor about 2 weeks ago to email me the plans from the architect so I can at least see what is being submitted to the city.
