Hi all, I am looking to purchase a distressed property to renovate and rent. It's been abandoned for around 15 years. Anyone knows of a good architect / Structural Engineer familiar with Reno work ? Also any input from anyone what too look for ? I am a contractor in Miami, but don't know Cleveland code in general. Any big items I need to look for ? Ash.
