Another piece of advice.

Learn and get a piece of the action.Yes, you can learn and start small (long path but common way) or look for out of box ways w/ingenuity, passion and some work to accelerate your way there w/o capital.  

I was crafty enough to get the PMC to email me the leases and certain bits and pieces but they have withheld quite a lot of paperwork and some money since the 'divorce'.  

Naturally someone with a lot of money but not a lot of time will want a piece of that return, so they contact me and we work out a private lender deal.
