What I particularly appreciate about this site, and the internet in general, is that it gives us an opportunity to discuss transparently anything at all and collaborate on ideas and solutions from anywhere in the world and be read by everywhere in the world.There is nothing we can’t do.What is equally amazing to me is that the great majority of people will never tap into this technology to make a real difference.

I decided to start this discussion to share and collaborate my progress in Single Family dwelling development in Los Angeles area.My Background:As a Designer and a project Architect through the years, I had the experience of working on several mid to large scale projects.

Keep in mind, brokerages are regional, so many people do not recognize the names of big name brokerages from other parts of the country, such as Windemere in the pacific northwest, or Long & Foster in the midatlantic, 2 of the top 10 say largest brokerages in the country who are region specific.
