They are Certified Public Accountants, they become necessary for corporate audits.No, you don't have to have an LLC, you can buy and sell as an individual.I do suggest you see an attorney for your contracts and business formation if you do form any entity.

I still don't understand how you could have one article of formation and then branch off into several "different" entities all falling under the same articles of formation.
