Hey everybody...what a great website.

Getting started in the business...any advice (don't worry I know it's not official legal advice) on business formation? Ideally I'd like to form an S corp for the tax benefits and also the protection. I don't want a tenant coming to sue me. If anything I want them to sue the "corporation". Any thoughts are welcomed.
