Looking for a good real estate lawyer in the fresno area as well as the local REIA meetings.

No need to get an attorney to form an LLC and absolutely NO need to form an LLC before you start closing deals on a regular basis.

I formed my LLC through LegalZoom. I did the absolute basic package and I think it cost me just under $200 (an attorney would be more). Plus there is the good 'ole $800 franchise tax from the State of CA. So that's an easy $1,000 you could spend on marketing and get a few deals under your belt.
