Hey all,I have a window in my home bedroom that seems to have old caulking that's looks like it's breaking down on the side of the window and I want to recaulk.

Mine you it's $85 a night and it's a two bedroom two bath.

Finished basements add value but approximately what it costs to finish them unless they are just like upstairs rooms with lots of natural light and doorways, normal ceiling heights, and you can add baths or bedrooms.

While living there I house hacked 2 rooms at $750 and $800 bringing in $1,550 and living in the master bedroom. 

One of the properties is near the Poconos in Pennsylvania, 3 bedroom, house.

BW College is over there so there is ample opportunity for student housing.

It will likely appraise at $900K now as the 4-plex immediately across the street just sold for $1M and was dated inside though larger but still 2 bedroom units.

Do 2 to 3 to 4 bedroom places make considerably more than the previous?
