Renters in Minnesota

Anybody from Minnesota have any tips on finding renters? I had someone back out last minute & I’m already in the process of buying my 2nd property. I’ve tried Facebook Marketplace & Apartments.com with no luck. I’m kind of in a desperate state at this point. Any tips will help, thanks!

@Markell C. get Great pictures. Spend money on professional pictures. Cell phone pictures are not good enough. 

We get 9/10 renters from the combo of Zillow, Trulia, and Hotpads. I’d recommend you post there.
