I work for 10 hour days 4 days a week at the fire dept.whats the best way to start out wholesaling real estate when you have to work most of the week-  I've downloaded so much information in my head; read the books listened to hours and hours of youtube n podcast as well as taken a few inexpensive courses -  im ready to go out and get my first deal -is there anyone out there wholesaling while working ? 

Been watching youtube videos, reading books (robert kiyosaki is my favorite), reading other peoples experience and anything else i can get my hands on.

I've ingested a ton of information on YouTube, BP, books, talking to folks, and I'm fairly deep into the process of purchasing my first property (I've already made 1 offer).

That could be the forums, youtube, books, or a group of people you meet at your REIA. 

I've already listened to lots of youtube videos and podcasts, but I really don't need the hyped up overview anymore.Thanks!

Also, suggest researching on Youtube, in my research I ran across "credit plug" and decided to run through some of his suggestions and it worked for me, obviously there aren't any guarantees but something to check out. 

I happened to stumble across some BP videos on Youtube but didn't really get stuck on it until my mother-in-law got me two BP books for my birthday.

Use BiggerPockets forums to ask specific questions, use BiggerPockets on YouTube University (fancy way of saying to watch YouTube videos), and read books!

There are many Youtube videos on how to take care of a furnace.I dont leave that up to the tenant.
