@Rich Gabrio A few comments.1)  Even an ACV policy should offer "Loss of Income/rent" no matter how old the building is.  6 month at a minimum, but most likely 12 months is available.2)  The ACV depreciation applies to the last update.

Although I know my salary is great and way above the national average, I am by no means rich, especially located in California's SF Bay Area where cost of living is probably #1 in the country and I've got 3 kids to support :-).

I purchased my first home back in June of this year, and had I listened to Rich Dad Poor Dad before deciding to purchase a home, I would of probably used the money to just buy my first investment home instead.Nevertheless, I am currently working on generating enough cash to be able to do my first flip by working full time, and running a small business part time.
