Hello,

I am a new member to BiggerPockets, and I actually found out about this community through Youtube. I've listened to about 10 of the Podcasts and have been totally fascinated to the point where I decided to join this wonderful community. I listen to a lot of business, and motivational books which helps me keep my mind positive and motivated. I currently reside in Philadelphia, and just turned 21. I purchased my first home back in June of this year, and had I listened to Rich Dad Poor Dad before deciding to purchase a home, I would of probably used the money to just buy my first investment home instead.

Nevertheless, I am currently working on generating enough cash to be able to do my first flip by working full time, and running a small business part time. That of course can be very tough as my liabilities have increased due to the home purchase. I will continue reading the discussions, and participating wherever I can, even though I do not have much real estate experience. My girlfriend is actually currently studying for her real estate license, which will help us a ton as she'd have access to the MLS, and be a great help when it actually comes to selling any homes.

Any tips, and advice for a beginner like me would be truly appreciated, thank you for taking the time to read this post!!
