I decided to try to make extra $ and dive in Real Estate Investing. I am looking to learn from people close to my area. I am interested in Wholesale, FSBO and Foreclosures.

Regarding the Rich Dad Education, I've looked into it but decided not to go through with it (though I was close). I have learned A LOT from this site, though, free of charge.
