There is a lot of great stuff on the BP site and I always seek to use it as a resource.

Hello BP,I am new to BP and have been delving into the vast amount of resources provided by this site.

It is also true, the better the website, the better the response, and there are a plethora of web site gurus out there offering services to those who need them.

I am looking for some tips, advice, insight whatever, on a problem that my company is facing.

Did you follow up ...here I think it is a 3 day non payment of rent notice then a 7 day notice of non compliance  then a 15 day termination notice..all the paperwork is available free on our clerk of the court site...you probably should have posted notices immediately even if they said they were moving out so you did not lose days...try your clerk's office or even contact a lawyer so you know the process for the future
