@Hai Loc Southern Orchards is turning faster than anything I've ever seen. 2 years ago when I was working down there it wasn't uncommon to see a guy walking in the middle of street with a gun.

He said if this guy manages to find a buyer, when he approaches us we'll squeeze him in the middle and make him overpay to close the deal.

(Our two places are about a mile east of downtown, so we certainly understand the allure of both OCC and downtown.)
