It is not the glamorous fast cash transaction you see on TV or hear about on the radio.

On July 4,2014 the property got broke into an the tenant TV was stolen also on JULY 6, 2014 the property was broken into again an the tenant COMPUTER was stolen the house as an alarm on it.

I agree, it's in CA & having finished one last year the $100k-$150k sounds close.Now if it was on one of those Flip-it-TV shows they could do it for $45K.

I am 35 and I live in Los Angeles, but I'm currently in Atlanta, GA for about 6 more months on a TV project.

Also about evictions take 45 days not sure what that means evictions always take that long to me that comment just means I’ll pass and watch TV and wait for a deal to land on my lap.
