they have daily house cleaners even when they are not there so it was not a issue with waste attracting them  :)What an Odd Behavior....Ferrari--maybe they thought it was Spaghetti.Most of the time if a rat bites a wire in a building, it's going to get the shock of it's life 120v.And so many people buy a Ferrari and it sets in the Garage collecting WAX hardly ever driven, just trickle charging until some hungry Rat comes up and takes a big bite out of the Spaghetti. 

Trust me, I work for one of the better ones and it still shocks me on a daily basis.

I have a lot of residential market data for California and recently put this together, quite shocking!

Once they get commish  no tax's taken out and they have a hard time paying quarterly estimates and come april 15th they have income tax shock LOL  My agents would start to hit me up for loans about April 1.. and this is what spawned the advance commish industry..

I'm not sure what time period they refer to, but if they mean normal as in post covid shock/pre price run up, I'll take it.  

Being an arrogant jerk as usual...shocking.....The depreciation on a hot tub you can recoup vs the up front cost of brand new vs used.....
