I know what it is like to get a spouse on board.

Tech and other companies already on board with working remote policies, not so much.

I am 33 with a wife and kid on the way, so the standard of living would have to be decent for the rest of the family to be on board...

I had initially planned to get the PM involved later in the process but now see the value of bringing them onboard earlier.

In saying that I'm also on board with Bryce "What kind of repairs are needed?

There aren't a ton of carriers that have jumped on board in writing STR.Not 100% sure the carriers in your specific state, but I know that Proper will write in all 50 states. 

That seemed a little low for bringing that many LPs on board.
