Good afternoon everyone,

I just wanted to say hello to everyone and a thank you to the creator of this site. I believe I will be starting with birddogging/wholesaling and possibly some MFH deals and if anyone around this area could use a birddog/wholesaler I would be more than interested to do whatever I can to get my foot in the door so to speak.
