You are correct that Orlando is competitive, but it is also the top tourist destination in the US, with a guaranteed flow of guests year-round.

Otherwise, if your cleaner feels stressed about talking compensation with you, feels under paid, or otherwise feels stressed about the relationship, it's going to impact your revenue in terms of reviews, and likewise cause you to have to replace them soon.

If you can set up an account with google business and have guests leave you reviews on there as well, that would be the biggest asset you could give your STR!

I have found & recently looked at a property that I feel has potential.

Otherwise, it seems like a loop hole to avoid licensure, insurance, cap gains, etc...which feels deceptive.Am I wrong here?
