New to bigger pockets and just moved across country

Hello everyone!

my husband and I just moved from Oregon to Pennsylvania (on the border 20 minutes from ohio) and we are looking at getting another rental here in this market.

In oregon we house hacked and have a SFH that we rent out and a duplex as well. We took out a heloc from the SFH to get the money down for the duplex which we lived in one of the units. We officially moved to PA about a year ago and we are ready to start looking at getting a rental here. We did purchase a SFH to live in as we have grown our family so we would no longer be house hacking. We are very new to the area so any kind of connections would be very welcome ! We currently have around 80k that we could put towards a new property. We would love to do at least a triplex or even bigger. We currently have 3 mortgages but the 2 pay for themselves with rents and have been rented for over 2 years so we are able to use that income to offset those. Any advice would be most welcome, i feel ready yet anxious to move up to the next level of real estate investing for long term rentals.

looking forward to meeting everyone
