What I find strange is that the real estate was in the will, but after reading the probate docket and looking at the auditor's site, the property is still in the name of the deceased (2013 death).

Dont buy into a cheap market just because its cheap, i know here I could pick up cheap properties near border that cash flow.

I've been hearing the time has passed to buy low in Brooklyn (I'm not letting that stop me though) yet in East Flatbush and certain areas of Queens bordering Brooklyn there are still good deals to be had.

I was living in Palo Alto CA at the time  another hot bed of high values.. and I just looked at them and said If I was you I would not hold your breath on that one.also Canadian real estate is not like US real estate much tighter controlled etc.. were we see this as common wholesaling folks north of the border have different ideas.
