We've been buying ~1998 3/2s in Oklahoma for $8,500 in excellent condition with all appliances and central heat and air.

I thought about doing it for a while, but everything seems up in the air right now. 

im considering getting an electric furnace because there once was a forced hot air heating system and the duct work is already installed and there are vents all throughout the house.  

I just recently had an air conditioner condenser unit replaced in June in my California duplex.The bill was for $2200 for a 3 ton with r-22 Freon.The second unit just went out and now I am quoted $2800 for 14 seer 31/2 ton.

We have used Cozy for rentals, and that works pretty well, but I'd like to see if there is a good method to collect mortgage payments.Thanks
