Hello, My name is Derek. I am currently a associate broker at your castle services. I am always looking for new ways to learn more about our ever evolving market here in Denver, which is why I came here to biggerpockets. I specialize in the VRBO market, and am looking for more ways to get the most out of these smart investments. I deal with anyone wanting to buy or sell their home, and also deal with investors looking for rental properties, flips, and vrbo properties. I enjoy dealing with people and love working in a market that has so many ways to make a successful living when you learn how to overcome its obstacle's. @Luke Miller Boulder is right behind them. I haven't been following Denver as closely, but I'm assuming it will cut out any non owner occupants from doing short term (<1 month) rentals or at least something along those lines?
