When a couple wants to view a property I always look at their Facebook to see if I find any red flags (something I do with ALL tenants).

If they are offering you a product and cannot answer basic questions about it I want you to treat that as a "red flag". 

My understanding is that it is somewhat similar to the US market with higher prices and a bit more governmental red tape to cross.

@Chris Z.Did you do those 40 transactions because if you dont spread them out I would think that would be another red flag and they would contact the IRS.  

when the word "reasonable" appears in any legal document that is a red flag.  

If you have weird gut reactions or see red flags, don't ignore them!

The red flag in my head was initially going off, but after discussing it with them and trusting they would take care of it, they did and they've never had a late payment since.

Either one is a red flag.This appears to be discoloration of the particle board from water exposure.
