A beautiful group!

Have some great areas out here with beautiful houses or lots of houses that need some TLC....

I placed everything on hold to think about it over the weekend.I think my only choices are to back out, or request a reduction in price.After reading this thread, I feel like backing out, there are plenty of other buildings out there... but this was a beautiful building.

At 26 we added a beautiful little girl into our family.

I actually want to have beautiful rentals that are affordable for people with low incomes, and I believe with my young age and not being in too much of a rush to be rich I can make it happen.

I had three months before I had to go to training.So I sold everything I had and went on an adventure of a lifetime.Went for 3 months and stayed 12 years. i have a beautiful wife, and three of the most beautiful girls in the world or at least in my world.Well we do what most Australians do, we got a few blocks of land and a investment home.Then we got pregnant and the those properties allowed my wife to stay home for 6 years and raise my beautiful babies, while I was out working my *** off...lol.Now we are stateside in Tennessee and loving it.Looking to build an empire or pay for the girls college i figure they both cost the same.Looking to get some income to retire on and give my girls options to schools they would like to go.So I'm an open book and sponge.

I guess I am just blowing off hot air because I will probably pay them off to stay out of my hair but it doesn't quite seem right.

The tenant turned the basement into a hair salon so slightly different in that, clients were entering the home, something not covered by insurance.She was evicted quickly.
