I would read a book for each class and complete 40h of lectures (videos, podcasts, youtube, bp webinars, etc).

I stumbled upon this platform in a search on YouTube regarding learning the basics of real estate investing and I thought I would give it a try.

Go to Youtube or Facebook, and look up Pace Morby.

YouTube is a great resource which helped me education myself on the overall process, how it works and what is needed.

I watched one of the more recent podcasts for "Best Deal Ever" on the biggerpockets youtube channel recently that gave me a ton of good ideas on how to make a SFH essentially a "mini multi-family", but obviously concerned that doing renovations that are outside of scope of your zoning could put you in a bind pretty quick legally I assume for a non-approved use.
