What is your prediction of the 2021 Real Estate market? Do you think that the market will continue to reach record highs? Or do you see a housing crash coming our way? I am curious to hear from people across the country and in the Phoenix area.

Ken McElroy is a successful real estate investor and has had some really amazing YouTube videos recently, including this one. Definitely give it a watch. He breaks down where the unemployment numbers are today and what each of the unemployment numbers actually means.
