Now they invite me to their bus tours to share experiences and how to succeed in any market.

As Paul has indicated, do take a tour of the beginner's guide.  

Check out their listings and see if they have showcase (you'll know the difference) and ensure they list all their properties with 36 photos, virtual tour, video and longer description than what is on the actual MLS.

I buy the properties after having them evaluated by people I trust and seen pictures, then I make sure I stop by every other month or so to actually see them, visit with my team, and look for new opportunities.Never heard of Pruitt Igoe but I took a tour of North City last time I was there and boy is it different from North County!

I actually toured a duplex as an investment property a couple weeks ago that needs a ton or work too both units.

Yes it is very possible to make money, in fact a LOT of money, but you need to learn it as a real BUSINESS, not a passtime after a rip roaring party at an extremely overpriced Bus Tour.

Wondering what is the plan to rebuild there.I was up there about 10 years ago I bid on a commercial property and got out bid by Canadian super store.. spent 3 days there toured the tar sands ( awesome)  Just wondering what the plan is.

I don't think that there are any that have regular meetings on the weekends.You do see special events (Like a tour of rehab project maybe a convention like meeting, weekend workshop if they have a selling speaker at the meeting during the week, etc.) on the weekends some time.Not sure if the Western MA one has done anything like that.
