Blake,You should join the free Facebook group called "Yellowbird Connect." 

As a former Flyer as exciting to see someone from Dayton join the forum.

I am excited to finally join and check out the podcasts and videos.

You post a lot of great info and I’ve learned a ton from you over the last year since joining BP.

I've looped into yours and hope to join when I'm local again.

If the inspector does not allow you to join, that is a red flag to me.

If you are ready to really dive in and network with more people, I would suggest joining CFRI.net It is the local chapter of the National REIA, a non profit organization that educates, promotes local investing with local-like minded people that really want to help each other.

I joined bigger pockets for the networking and information.
