Hi Preston - I'm a property manager based in Central Jersey (Hamilton) but I manage properties in Willingboro, Gloucester, Lumberton, etc.

There are huge numbers of jobs here that pay $25 an hour, which based off a 40 hour work week, make tenants qualified for a $1,350 a month apartment.

I could see a scenario where if it's based on individuals who "own" stake in a home, the numbers could be skewed upward based on multiple people buying homes together to solve the affordability issue. 1 Home, 5 Homeowners type of thing. 

Based on the East Coast, so investing in rental property isn't feasible here.
