We got to the truck and began to lift. 

About half of my tenants do as well, and I think my truck is pretty nice (Nissan Titan, about 12 years old).

@Casey Andersen I'd contact the incoming tenants and ask them about what time they think they'll be arriving with the truck.  

I gave a fully functional 1980s fridge, and one of those giant garage freezers that were popular in decades past, away to the first person that showed up with a truck, like 2 months ago.

Then, once you're here, you look for another trucking job where you don't have to unload.
