I only spent $600 on the inside doing all of the work myself.

but we took risk put up the cash to buy the home had the ability to get a construction loan.. spent one year doing it all.. so in my mind that's what we are in business for.

If you are going to deploy cash like that I would have proof of concept before you spent more than 50k.
