My first rehab on my 2nd investment property! Before & After

Hi everyone, I've been on biggerpockets for awhile reading and getting educated and I took the dive and bought my 2nd property and I just got done rehabbing it. Here are some pics. I only spent $600 on the inside doing all of the work myself. I've very happy with my progress and I have a renter moving in June 1st at market rent, she said it's the nicest apartment she's ever seen in our area, most apartments are super plain like it was when I started. This is a duplex, I don't have pics of the upstairs because it's rented
