North Conway?

Hello Mark,Welcome to Bigger Pockets and the world of real estate investing.You are just North of where we work, we do quite a bit in Copley, Stow, Cuyahoga Falls.

I am wondering if someone still doing deals in North County St.

Probably because I grew up in Germany, where people weren't really judged by how much money or other things they had.

North Carolina has an "upset period" of 10 days after the auction where a person can bid at least 5% higher than the winning bid at the auction.Also the owner or other lien holders on the parcel can pay the taxes at any point up until the auction occurs.

Just north of McKinney in Melissa.

In some areas, especially in the north east, this can be very difficult if you don't know the right people.

I've had great luck in North Collinwood with the killer deals over there, but it takes a good deal of effort to get good tenants renting from you.

I am North of you in the mountains of Flagstaff Az. and Memphis is my main market (along with KCM0).

I have neither the time nor the inclination.
