NH/North Conway-area vacation rental owners - got Dec. 26-31 open?

Hey all,

Long story short, I have some folks who are in need of a place to stay during the above dates and my property is not available. There are 6 people (4 adults and 2 children, I believe teens). They would like to bring their small dog if possible, but will leave him home if not. House is first preference, condo would be acceptable. @Geoffrey Murray and @Ann Bellamy perhaps you or someone you know has a place?
