The data is there or it isn't.  

Nearly all counties will provide tax roll data.

Our requirements were fairly straightforward: manage tenants, track/process rent, track expenses, accept online payments, decent reports (or give me the data so I can make my reports), have a decent interface and have good support.

I'm looking for the perfect situation to just dump a chunk of capital into a business and let my money go to work for me and in return collect a percentage of the profit on said business. 

This would allow you to collect rents from a few similar properties and each would be getting paid down by the tenant.

By driving for dollars I have collected a list of properties I am going to mail, as well as developed the letters I will be sending.

They can also see details on the properties such as address, statistics, data on the loan, pictures etc.When we have new offerings they can see those too and invest at the click of the mouse and electronically sign their subscription documents.
