If you are South of the Sunshine bridge and want a good group I highly recommend the Sarasota REIA. 

We had a flood, docks broke lose and floated down the lake and hit a couple majot bridges damaging them.

The way I’m doing it now it’s basically a Standard bridge loan and then after the property is fixed up and leased out I refinance it.

We like some of the spots around Folly and we stayed in an AirBnB in a condo complex right over the bridge.  

@Pra CheI'd imagine you could get close to that as a hard money or Bridge loan provider...

You will incur bridge loan costs, but they will be offset by being able to work to scale.

However the Corporations have a little extra on the table - they have hundreds or thousands of employees and shareholders that did not do anything wrong in most of these cases (But I personally would still vote to let them go under, the '09 bail-outs were total BS)And Native Americans is a misnomer anyway....they all came across the land bridge to this continent...they just did it earlier in time.

I think the Attorneys General of several states will take interest.I've watched a few of the videos, it's demonstrably Bad Training, False Hopes, Overleveraging, unsophisticated lenders ("gator lenders" formerally known as "gap" lenders and "bridge loans" who get burned) and that will lead to disasters and more legislation.
