If that means you need to pick up a part time or even full time, then fine, but if you continue to learn and be consistent with your efforts in real estate, they will pay off and the payoff is much larger than most industries.

Landlord will not pay for services requested directly by Tenant to service providers.If there was an urgent need AND we had failed to provide a key to the tenant AND the tenant made a good faith effort to contact us for assistance prior to calling a locksmith, then we would cover the cost of the locksmith.
