It takes away our options which minimizes our leverage.Personally I'm not a big fan of email blast unless it's a property type we don't typically deal with and thus don't have a lot of buyers for.

That's my thought without reviewing the contract, which hopefully had this covered on what would happen.I'm not a huge fan of lease options but typically there is a substantial deposit made for the option (typically non refundable).

REIAs are definitely good for some things:- Networking- Getting some basic real estate education- Finding lendersBut, you're going to want to ensure that you don't fall into some of the common REIA traps:- High priced seminars- "Shark" mentors who charge ridiculous fees and try to take advantage of newbies- Too many other newbies who will waste your time/energy because they're not really seriousI'm a big fan of getting the good stuff out of REIAs...just make sure you avoid the bad stuff...

The summary is that the claims of more of fewer guns or more or less gun control doesn't really matter much.The article explores what happened in England after the strict gun control laws were enacted and calls out how criminals DON'T follow the laws.Summarily dismissing the effectiveness of guards by exploring 1-2 episodes doesn't seem fair to me.
