Hi everyone,

This website seems to be a goldmine of information, I can tell I'll be spending many hours here!

A bit about me--

As with so many others, I became interested in real estate after reading Rich Dad, Poor Dad. I continued by financial education by reading some more of Kiyosaki's books, Think and Grow Rich, Good to Great, The E Myth, How to Win Friends and Influence people, and a bunch of others. I just recently discovered Podcasting, and I am a huge fan. Matt Theriault's Podcast, Epic Real Estate Investing, has been a huge eye opener and I highly recommend it.

Despite all of my reading, up until about a month ago, I didn't even realize that wholesaling properties was a "thing." I had read about bird dogging, which didn't appeal to me as much. I'd always considered real estate investing out of reach, because I've never had much cash to work with. But now I finally feel like I have something I can pursue right away!

My goal is to launch my business and do my first wholesale deal in January. I have a LOT of learning and networking to do. I plan on attending some local REI clubs for starters, and hopefully start building a buyers list.

So anyway, I'll be here scouring the forums and blogs for information. I'm looking forward to getting to know everyone here!
