As I indicated before, the Democrats are going to have a very difficult time pushing this through an evenly divided Senate, and I'm not sure Biden will support it either (at least not in the form as presented in the link).In reality I think it is at most an initial negotiating position or just as likely mandatory virtue signaling for those members of Congress on the radical left in there neverending effort to be holier than thou.If the Democrats want to keep their highly tenuous control of the Senate they will need to come up with something much more reasonable.

I love Section 8 for the guaranteed income, higher rents in certain areas, long tenancies, additional accountability for the tenant through the Housing Authority and supply/demand disparity (very high demand and not enough supply), which helps me attract & retain great tenants.Cons you will usually hear revolve around typically bad tenants (this can be mitigated through very strong screening including a home visit at their current residence as the last step of the process) and dealing with the bureaucracy of the Housing Authority.

Between both of those guys this evening, I was able to sort it out and plan my next moves.So basically the independent zoning authority I was looking for was a combo of this attorney and an expeditor.

My all time favorite is buying a bunch of units from the HOUSING AUTHORITY.

I think the concerns of the author are missing one key ingredient for a massive bubble to burst - there is no exotic debt out there as in the mid-2000's.
