Section 8 Rentals - estimate voucher

Hi -

I am looking to buy rental properties focusing on Section 8. I am looking at Cobb county (Smyrna, Marietta, Austell, Powder Spring) in Georgia.
I'd like to estimate the voucher value for the potential properties I am looking at. Is there a way or a place to find the voucher value, what would the government pay.
