I think it comes down to semantics, accounting, and asset allocation, but it ultimately "all comes out in the wash" meaning your total profits are the same at the end of the day, only a matter of how you classify those profits.

And we were able to wash clothes there instead of wasting time at the local laundromat.  

I'm also sure her husband is washing his car too but can't verify.  

I went with no (I paid $99 for him to clear the pipe) and haven't had any issues since (I think the clog came when some other guys did some work prior using high pressure water to unclog the washing machine drain pipe as well as the first floor kitchen sink drain which they said was full of years of sludge but I digress).If this is a reoccurring issue I would find a roto-rooter guy who can get video of where the clog is coming from and have him document the location of the clog to show which unit the clog is coming from.

Washing machine - this is a major water consumer.

Those areas have the shortest seasons when compared to those of the northern Outer Banks of Nags Head, Kill Devil Hills, Southern Shores & Duck.Those areas are subject to frequent road closures because of ocean over wash destroying the only highway in and out.Those are the areas to get hit the hardest with flooding and hurricane damage. 

Its the electric hot water heater ( more showers)  the water bill will be higher due to showers and clothes washing , the electric dryer will be used more this is resistance heat , not cheap .

Most times the curtains are left behind and need a simple run through the wash.

Even if you buy a sofa with washable covers, you may not have time to wash one in between guests.

Finding good management in Washington State was difficult, also, as it's literally the wild west out there, buyer beware with their contracts tying you into their window-washing, pressure washing, carpet cleaning, blind cleaning services once a year.
