I am mobile and have a career as a journeyman union electrician where I can travel while working. 

I Only take advice from people that have been down the road I am wishing to travel.  

Does anyone recommend a website to post my property to traveling nurses / healthcare staff, etc. the most secure and with most exposure website!

Such as smoking or causing damage to the hotel room?

I know you’re probably going to encourage me to book a call, however, I am traveling this week and I also think these would be common questions that others may have, so posting responses here would probably benefit everyone. 

I have parked in a garage to protect the vehicle while traveling in Florida.

I'm in Ohio and read that I should start near me with the first couple of properties, but with Ohio having more people traveling here during summer vs winter, I'm nervous there could be a dip with seasonality instead of having steady year round coverage. 

Not as much of a vacation market but we like it for the college, traveling healthcare professionals, and it is a fishing destination. 

I have experience and have enjoyed being a part of the world, but more importantly I want to be financially free so my family can take advantage of opportunities I had to pass on growing up due to money constraints, to have the ability to travel because I hate feeling stuck in one place, and to have time to spend with the people I love doing things I find meaningful and fulfilling.
