Interested in m first small Multi family in St. Louis Market

Hi all,

I am interest in St Louis but I have no network or contacts in this market? I am mobile and have a career as a journeyman union electrician where I can travel while working. I am calling on BP community to point me to some great people to work with in the market. Any insights, recommendations, or general information are encouraged! Thanks guys!
