Arcadia and Redondo are both really high, San Pedro is technically part of LA so it is subject to their rent control, Long Beach is a mixed bag and to my knowledge doesn't have as much of a development plan as San Pedro.

And then that bag is changed to be 7.5oz, at $1.00 per bag.

Then again I see so many people STRing in year 1 just to convert to LTR in year 3 once the big cost seg is done and in the bag.

Cast iron whole home repipe in older homes or kitec plastic/zinc whole home repipe in newer homes.

I also provide a couple snacks like crackers and a bag of popcorn. this is for if they get in late and want a snack or cup of coffee for the morning, they don't have to run out and get it.

Of course, it could be something else, but if the tub is plastic I would check for this. 

They might end up having to push back the "drop dead" dates on this regulation simply because they don't have enough inspectors.I know all of this is a mixed bag of news, but hopefully, you find something good in here.
